What should I include in an equipment inquiry?
Include the product material and dimensions, upstream layout, target pack format and the production requirement. Photos and drawings can be attached when you send your email.
Are equipment dimensions and capacity fixed?
These are reviewed for the application. Ask the team to confirm the proposed equipment dimensions, operating requirements and utilities in the project documentation.
Can I discuss more than one stage of a production line?
Yes. Describe the full process and identify the stages you want to discuss, including interfaces with existing equipment.
